it all starts with a sketch
putting pen to paper is where it all starts, loosely held thoughts and lines trying to give form to a fuzzy feeling wanting us to discover what we haven't before. Sketching is a process of uninhibitedly scribbling on paper leaving little space for premeditation, it's an active process of exploration and helps us to discover what we haven't imagined yet. Sketching is much different to drawing as latter is a premeditated process of doing what one already knows, it's the spontaneity inherent in sketching that any creative seeks and enjoys.
